This is my second post for team building games. You may refer to my first post here for more reference.
Negatives
and Solutions
This activity will help individuals detour their ways from
the road of pessimism to optimism and will rally round to find likely means to
resolve personal conflicts.
Guidelines and Mechanics:
- Divide the participants into four or more groups depending on the number.
- Each group should have an illustration board or any paper material to use for
presentation.
- The group will have a team leader to look over each member and initiate
actions.
- Ask the group to draw one big box and one big triangle.
- The leader will ask members’ weaknesses or negative behaviors/attitudes and
write them in a box.
- And tell them to write all possible ways (in the triangle) on how to avert or
stop these negative behaviors/weaknesses. (Facilitator should process this part.)
Note that triangle shape symbolizes in getting the top and attain the goals
while the box signifies a bar from achieving goals.
Positives
and Actions
This one will help uplift strengths and will pave the way to intensify their potentials and will also heap on participants’ willingness to contribute to the community.
Guidelines and Mechanics:
- Draw a rectangle and circle. Write all strengths or positives that members
have in circle drawn on the illustration board.
- And write possible actions (in the circle) on how to intensify their strengths
and or contribute to the community, school or to other people.
- Presentations will be done by team’s strategy.
- Note that circle symbolizes the connection of the nature. What you do, will
eventually go back; you reap what you sow and rectangle means hassles that may tangle
their lives.
I'll be posting another team building games and I just hope, these games I've made will be in hand to you.
